The triple room felt cramped for three people, especially with luggage. I was disappointed that the hotel doesn’t have private parking, forcing us to park a couple of blocks away. The breakfast tea was lukewarm, making it impossible to brew a proper cup, a disappointing oversight for a hotel that claims to cater to guests' needs.

The reception staff, particularly the gentleman I encountered on Saturday morning, provided outstanding service that made my stay feel personalized. I also enjoyed the lovely city view from my room, which truly enhanced the experience.

However, the neighborhood was not the most appealing, with a few cheap eateries nearby.

Check-in delayed by three hours due to insufficient room cleaning time. Weak soundproofing allowed for noise disturbances from other rooms. Limited water supply in the room and no rail for towel hanging near the bathtub were minor inconveniences.

The Classic Queen Room was comfy and clean. The bed felt great, and I loved the modern coffee machine. Plus, the free minibar was a nice surprise! The new eco-friendly toiletries were a cool touch too. However, the room was a bit small, which might be an issue if you have a lot of stuff.

the signature collection was a great choice for our family stay. the staff was incredibly friendly, especially with my two-year-old daughter. they even helped us find a toy store for her favorite decoration. also, the breakfast was not huge, but the homemade yogurt and fruit salad were a delightful touch.
